Imagine… You have Rochester Scrapbooking Company host your own Private Crop Event! Great for any event – Birthday, Anniversary, Baby Shower, Ladies Night Out, and more. The hours are flexible – book for anytime from 10:00am until Midnight. Each Cropper in your party is guaranteed at least 4’ of workspace. We offer 2 packages:

Standard: With a cost of just $5 per person (10 person minimum, 26 Maximum), you have access to our spacious crop area, and tools for your private group to use.

Deluxe: The cost of $30 per person includes everything that Standard has, plus Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Pop. We also put together prizes to give away throughout your event!

Birthday Parties:

You can forget McDonalds! Your children will have a Birthday Party to remember at Rochester Scrapbooking Company. We supply all of the materials for your party project. We set up, and clean up for you! You bring the cake, beverages and gifts, and we supply the fun! We have many project ideas to choose from that are suitable for children ages 5 and up. We can accommodate up to 15 children. A small $10 fee for the room is charged per hour, in addition to the cost of the projects. Call us at 507-424-0155 for more details.

Project Ideas:

· 4x6 Photo Frame: The children will paint and decorate a wooden frame using colorful papers, fun embellishments and ribbons. Cost per child is just $6.

· Journal and Pen: The children will scrap and decorate a notebook and pen, using papers, fun embellishments, and die-cuts. We use the paper from our journal and decorate a pen using the same paper. Cost is just $7.50 per child.

· 2-page 12x12 Scrapbook Layout: You and your guests will create your own scrapbook pages. We decorate the pages using fun embellishments, colorful papers, ribbons and die-cuts. Cost per child is just $8.50.

· Paper Bag Book: A unique twist to creating your very own mini album! The children decorate a paper bag album with paper, colorful embellishments including die-cuts and more. The album is ideal for photographs and all sorts of other treasures. Cost per child is just $8.50

PotLuck Crops: Join your friends both old and new at Rochester Scrapbooking Company for one of our fantastic PotLutck crops! Bring a dish to share! With each PotLuck crop, enjoy a tasty variety of foods while scrapping the evening away. Check the “Calendar” tab above to discover our PotLuck dates and times. These crops run from 5pm until midnight for just $5!

$5 Friday Night Crops: Friday nights are best at Rochester Scrapbooking Company. This is the Friday Night Crop you've come to know and love! Fun and relaxation with the girls. Cropping the evening away from 5pm until Midnight. Munchies and beverages provided. Check the calendar tab for scheduled dates!

Super Saturday Crops: Make a date for some "me" time! Scrap with us at RSC from 10am until 10pm....Twelve wonderful hours without interruptions! Your Super Saturday includes lunch, dinner and snacks.
